Longest Vacation: Part 3

Our last visit was with Nathan's family and our friends in south GA. We had a great time catching up with every one and seeing how much all the kids have grown. George was old enough this time to play with his littlest 2 cousins. It was really sweet and sad because they can't do it more often.

Group bath with the little girls.

It rained every single day were were on vacation but we did have few hours of sunshine everyday. We managed to squeeze in a quick pool trip. It was George's first big pool experience and he LOVED it.

Me and my besties

We escaped one afternoon for some baby-free antiquing.
 South Georgia beauty.

We stopped by Sugar Magnolia Bakery for some yummy pastries and breakfast sandwiches.

 We really miss that place.

We boarded our plane Saturday afternoon and headed back to NH.

Keeping a baby entertained in a very confined area is hard work. He ate a lot of cheerios.

It was a great trip and I'm so thankful we had the opportunity to go. Visiting with everyone such fun!

Longest Vacation Ever: Part 2

We made it GA after a long 5 hour ride from Charlotte. It wasn't too bad but George wasn't happy about being in the car for the second half. My family always does a big celebrate for the 4th of July and the graciously held off the festivities until we got there.

Brothers and girlfriends

My dad recently started his own business doing classic restorations. We got peeked at his current projects while we were in town.

We took full advantage of having a free babysitter and took Blueberry out for a spin and to get some frozen yogurt.

My mom made these adorable pajamas for George. It was too warm to wear them but we had to get a picture and try them on for size.
