Last Saturday

We had two glorious days in the 40's this last weekend. Of course, it's back to highs in the 20's this week and more snow predicted but we enjoyed it while it lasted. Saturday was sunny so we went to Portsmouth after George's nap.

We went to walk and eat gelato but our little place had closed so we had ice cream and sorbet. George managed to make it through his "kiddy" sized portion in record time.

And was quickly off to seek and destroy something in the shop.

This is one of the very few pictures I have from this pregnancy. George turned 18 months on Sunday and I'm 34 weeks with H2.

George's Valentines Breakfast

I love Valentines Day. It can be super simple, cheesy, and cheep but I think that's why it's so fun. I was really excited this year because George is old enough to know what's going on.

I bought him a few things at the dollar store and made him a pink breakfast.

Pink heart pancakes, grapefruit, and grapefruit juice. This kid LOVES grapefruit!

He also loves balloons.

His favorite toy was a little stuffed robin bird. It's in a strong tie with his penguin from his uncle Phillip.

Snow, Snow, Snow, and More Snow

We've had an unusually cold winter here in NH. I know a lot of other places have too. January is always is the coldest and February brings the most snow. These are some pictures from around the yard. We've gotten another 6 inches since and are supposed to get more tonight.

Our trail to the compost.

It's way over my tall boots now so around 20 inches.
