Ice Cream and Boat Watching

George loves to watch boats so sometimes on Sunday afternoons we grab ice cream and sorbet and head to the water. He has a blast staring at the boaters and sometimes he gets to see the ducks too. 

Baptism Sunday: Edith

Last Sunday Edith was baptized. Here are a few pictures of us after church. George wasn't really interested in having a family photo shoot after having to sit through church. 

Edith wore the same gown that I made for George and my good friend Charlotte added an oval with Edith's initials and date of birth. I decided to make a bonnet to add to the outfit and she added a little embroidery to that too. I'll have to take some close-ups and add them to this post soon. 

Edith Florence: 1 Month

Now that Edith is just over 2 months I figured it was time to finally post her one month pictures.

Weight: 10 pounds 4 ounces

Length: 22 inches

So far Edith is a pretty easy baby. She's not as fussy as George was so she tends to be a little happier. She's great at sleeping through George's racket and usually puts up with his poking a squeezing pretty well. 

Bath Time

I failed to take pictures of Edith's first bath but I think this was number 2 or 3. Nathan's mom bought us a Puj infant tub for the sink. We didn't have one of these when George was little. It's great for when they're really small. We love it!

She's a big fan of the bath.
